If you have been contacted by us, it could be because your original creditor has hired us to recover funds from a past-due account in your name. Our compliance with the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) limits the information that we can leave on voicemail. You can make a payment directly to Metacorp over the phone and by mail. To make a payment over the phone, please call our representatives at 855-340-1856 with a debit card or check available. Before you call, please have your account number ready. We are available to help you during our normal business hours:

Monday-Thursday: 9 AM to 6 PM EST
Friday: 9 AM to 2 PM EST
Saturday and Sunday: Closed

To make a payment by mail using a check or money order, please include your account identifier with your payment and mail it to our office. Please do not mail cash.
